Preparation
Substrates inspected, screeded and waterproofed. The work nobody sees is where the work succeeds or fails.

Installation
On-site daily. Set out drawn before the first tile is cut. Levels, joins and grout lines confirmed in person.

Handover
Final clean, sealing, and a walk-through with care notes. We stay reachable long after the invoice clears.

Facade & Portico
Random-stone cladding to the home's exterior. Each piece hand-selected, hand-set, mortared on site. The natural variation of colour, scale and form across the wall is the design.
Set against weatherboard and steel. The first surface a visitor reads, and the last one ever replaced.
Random-set stone is among the oldest masonry traditions. Every wall is one of one. Every join carries the hand of the tradesperson who set it.
