Q: How do you stay unbiased?

Because we're paid similar commissions across venues, we have no reason to push one property over another. We recommend what fits your brief, see how we're paid .

The decision stays yours. We take on the slow part: finding out what is really available, what it will cost, and which option suits your event. It costs you nothing.

You tell us about your event

Dates, delegate or guest numbers, where you would like to be, roughly what you have to spend, and anything the event cannot do without. Use the two-minute form or talk it through with us, whichever is easier. One conversation replaces dozens of enquiries.

We go looking

We draw on relationships built since 1989 to find venues that suit the brief, including spaces that never appear on booking sites. We confirm what is really available, then negotiate rates and inclusions on your behalf.

You compare real options

Within 48 hours you have a shortlist you can compare. Rooms, rates, catering, audio visual and accommodation, set out side by side.

We confirm and stay with it

Once you have chosen, we lock in the rate, manage the contract detail and stay your point of contact through to the event itself, and on to the next one.
