Accommodation
179 rooms over ten floors. Standard rooms are 24 to 34 square metres, premium rooms 32 to 40, and one bedroom suites run 38 to 86. Above those sit the Bijou and Solitaire suites, the latter with a private balcony and a circular bath.

Opened 2025. IHG announced it on 15 September 2025 as its first dual branded hotel in Australia, opening alongside Holiday Inn Melbourne Bourke Street Mall in the same complex.
